平素は和氣香風をご愛顧いただき、厚く御礼申し上げます。
令和7年7月4日より、漢方薬担当の小林香里が、持病の特発性拡張型心筋症に対する「LVAD（左室補助人工心臓）」植込手術をうけるため入院することになりました。

退院日はまだ決まっておりませんが、10月頃の退院を目指しております。
その間、皆様には御心配および御不便をおかけいたしますことお詫び申し上げます。
2018年頃から心不全が増悪し、東大病院での定期検診と服薬、そうして漢方医学（漢方薬、鍼灸、気功）を実践してきました。
おかげさまで、医師も驚くほど奇跡的な回復をみせながら、本日まで無事に仕事を続けることができました。
しかしまだ心不全であることに変わりはなく、この先の将来のことを深く考え、この度LVADの手術をし、数年後に心臓移植することを決意いたしました。
退院後は、体の回復状況をみながら少しずつ仕事に復帰する予定です。
ただ、予期せぬ不調も起こり得るため、急な予定変更などもあるかも知れません。
このような状況であること、何卒ご理解賜りたく此処にご報告申し上げます。
まず、入院期間中の業務に関しては、下記の通りになる予定です。
今後の漢方相談について
和氣香風で漢方相談をご希望される方に関しましては、上記の通り対面での相談が不可能なため、当面のあいだ「オンライン漢方相談」でのみ対応させていただきます。

オンライン問診票
上記リンクより、必要な項目にご記入および写真添付の上、送信してください。
その後、メールかライン上の問診で処方を決め、後日当店より漢方薬を発送させていただきます。
もし店頭へ取りに来られる方は、日時をご予約の上、ご来店いただくようお願い申し上げます。
このような状況のため、お返事や対応に時間がかかる場合もございますが、なにとぞご理解ください。
なお、入院期間中、土日限定ではありますが、薬剤師の中真由美が漢方相談員として入る準備をしておりますが、こちらも「完全予約制」とさせていただきます。

漢方と鍼灸併用をご希望の方
漢方薬と一緒に鍼灸療治も希望される場合は、鍼灸のあとに漢方薬をお渡しします。
漢方薬に関しましては、前日や当日では対応ができないこともあるため、必ず3日前までにオンライン問診票を送ってください。鍼灸のお会計時に漢方薬もお渡しいたします。
鍼灸療治のみをご希望の方
鍼灸療治に関しましては、従来通りの対応をさせていただきます。
営業日：火・水・土・日 10時〜17時
予約制につき、まずはお問い合わせください。
鍼灸に関しては、予約に空きがあれば当日の急患（ぎっくり腰や捻挫、急な不調）にもできる限り対応させていただきます。

Important Notice from Kakikofu
We sincerely thank you for your continued support of Kakikofu.
Beginning in July 2025, Kaori Kobayashi, our Kampo medicine specialist, will be hospitalized to undergo LVAD (Left Ventricular Assist Device) implantation surgery due to her underlying condition, idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy.
Our Profile
Her discharge date has not yet been confirmed, but we are aiming for her return around October 2025.
We sincerely apologize for any concern or inconvenience this may cause during her absence.
Below is important information regarding our operations during this period:

■ Regarding Kampo Consultations
For foreign residents in Japan or visitors who wish to purchase Kampo herbal medicine, please note that in-person consultations will be temporarily unavailable.
Instead, we will be offering online Kampo consultations only until further notice.
Medical Interview
Please fill out all required fields in the online form and attach a photo of your tongue before submitting.
After reviewing your responses, we will conduct a follow-up consultation via email or LINE, determine an appropriate prescription, and ship the Kampo medicine to your address (within Japan).
If you wish to pick up your medicine at our clinic, please contact us in advance to make an appointment.
If you are also receiving acupuncture treatment, the Kampo medicine will be handed to you after your acupuncture session.
Please note that herbal prescriptions require preparation time. We may not be able to accommodate same-day or last-minute requests. Kindly submit the online form at least three days in advance.

■ Regarding Acupuncture Treatment
Acupuncture appointments will continue as usual, by reservation only, on the following days:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday ― 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
In case of acute pain, injury, or other urgent symptoms, appointments outside of regular hours may be possible with prior consultation.
