We had the pleasure of welcoming a Chinese medical doctor living in the Philippines to Kakikofu for acupuncture Short training.

She has a very interesting professional background. She first worked as a Western medical doctor in China, then moved to the Philippines, where she studied psychotherapy and later continued her studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

This was her first visit to Japan.
She first attended training at Kitasato University and then came to visit us at Kakikofu.

We spent a wonderful time exchanging ideas and clinical experiences from different perspectives — Western medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Japanese acupuncture — while also sharing some practical acupuncture techniques.

It is always a pleasure to learn from one another and share knowledge and experience beyond differences in country and medical tradition.
